Ready to get in shape, gain confidence, and learn real kickboxing skills? Our Beginner Kickboxing Classes are designed specifically for adults aged 14 and over, whether you're brand new to martial arts or working your way up to brown belt level.
Our classes offer a welcoming and supportive environment where you'll learn the fundamentals of kickboxing including:
Striking techniques (punches, kicks, knees, and elbows)
Footwork, movement, and balance
Defensive skills and partner drills
Fitness conditioning and flexibility training
Basic sparring (optional and safely supervised)
